To continue the success and rapid growth of the organisation, a Sales Manager is required to develop new accounts and manage existing accounts in the of adhesives, construction, polymers, paint and ink industries.  The territory for the successful candidate will include the regions of London, South East, East of England, and the East Midlands.

Responsibilities: 
•    Undertake activities within but not exclusive to the market areas of Paint and Ink;
•    Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone / email with both existing and new products in allocated territory.
•    Develop relationships with new potential customers in person and via telephone / email with both existing and new products.
•    Agree budgets (sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales) in line with business plans.
•    Review sector performance against budget on a monthly basis.
•    Present data during internal sales meetings.
•    Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
•    Record, analyse, report and administer in accordance with company procedures.
•    Monitor and report on sector needs in terms of marketing, logistics and personnel.
•    Attend joint visits to customers with suppliers / principals.
